Group Sessions

Group sessions are a wonderful way to share with others your thoughts and feeling These sessions allow you to freely express there thoughts without fear of being judged or getting negative feedback.  The sense of a shared experience also lets you know that you are not alone and allows you to see the process of healing in real time as you observe and listen to others who have traveled the path you are now on.
